Esteban La Rotta, one of Canada’s leading players of early plucked instruments, will perform music from the Codex Faenza, the Buxheimer Organ Book and other sources as well as pieces from the newly discovered Wolfenbüttel Manuscript, the earliest known music written specifically for the lute.
